It has provided me with mental stimulation, opportunities for creative enjoyment, and a means to occupy my time during idle moments. Moreover, art has played a significant role in helping me navigate and manage anxiety and fears, serving as a cathartic outlet for my emotions. As a result, I continue to engage in artistic pursuits, constantly learning and striving for improvement.
